The Power of Kindness and Empathy
I want to sincerely thank Natalie at LifeLabs for the outstanding care she continues to provide for my autistic son during his blood work appointments. She has helped him a couple of times before, and it makes a world of difference to see a compassionate, familiar face each time we come in.
Natalie’s calm, gentle approach immediately puts both of us at ease. She takes her time, explains each step clearly, and treats my son with such respect and kindness. For a child on the spectrum, consistency and empathy are incredibly important, and Natalie brings both to every interaction.
Because of her, what could have been a very stressful experience has instead become manageable, even positive. We are truly grateful for Natalie and hope to see her at our future visits.
