Potential Strike at Canada Post

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has provided Canada Post with strike notice, meaning the union can take action as early as Monday, October 22, 2018. Should rotating strike action occur, Canada Post will continue to accept, process, and deliver mail and parcels once the temporary disruption ends. In an event of a full strike at Canada Post, LifeLabs will be unable to mail paper copy results reports through Canada Post.

What does this mean?
