Step 1

Pay for the test

You can pay online for the COVID-19 Antibody test panel. The cost for the test is $90.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

As a customer, you agree to the following:

  • I understand that a link to a personalized requisition form will be emailed to me upon purchase.
  • I understand that I need to visit a LifeLabs patient service centre to get my blood collection done.
  • I understand that although LifeLabs will normally be able to report my results to my physician within 4 business days, events outside of LifeLabs’ control may affect LifeLabs’ ability to meet this turnaround time.
  • I understand that my results will be made available to me through MyCareCompass found on the LifeLabs.com website. Most test results will be available within 4 business days of sample collection. At your appointment you will be asked for your Health Card Number (HCN) or Personal Health Number (PHN). This information will only be used to make your test result available through MyCareCompass and not for billing purposes.
  • I understand that I can use my requisition for a single antibody blood draw appointment anytime within the next 6 months.
  • I understand that there will be a 5% processing fee for a refund.

Step 2

Print personalized requisition from your email

You will receive your personalized requisition in the confirmation email after paying for the test online. This requisition will be personalized to your order, and is used by our staff to verify your online payment. Please print your requisition and bring it with to your appointment at a LifeLabs patient service centre.

Step 3

Make an appointment at a select LifeLabs location

An appointment is recommended for your COVID-19 antibody test panel, though walk-ins are welcome.
You must bring your printed requisition form to your chosen LifeLabs location.
Please Note: You received a link to your requisition form in the order confirmation email. You must print and bring this requisition with to your appointment for LifeLabs to collect and process your test.

Step 4

Get your results

Most test results will be available to you within 4 business days of sample collection. Your test results will be available to you through MyCareCompass on LifeLabs.com. At your appointment you will be asked for your Health Card Number (HCN) or Personal Health Number (PHN). This information will only be used to make your test result available through MyCareCompass and not for billing purposes.
