Due to the Canada Post strike, certain services are impacted, particularly the delivery of reports to healthcare providers who have not transitioned to alternative delivery methods. Shipping and receiving of testing kits may also be affected.

Recommendations for Customers
Customers are encouraged to sign up for MyCareCompass to view their results online. For test kits ordered online, please note that shipping delays via Canada Post may occur; we recommend dropping off completed test kits at the nearest Patient Service Centre.
