Save My Spot!™

Using the Web:

1. Visit LifeLabs.com, my results™, or my ehealth™ and go to our Location Finder tool
2. Find the location you want to visit
   • If the location is open and supports the Save my Spot service you will see a Save My Spot button.
3. Click the Save My Spot button.
4. Enter the following information:
   • Preferred name
   • Phone number
   • Email (optional)
5. Click “Check In”
6. Click “Done”
7. Your spot is saved. Mind your wait time and come in close to when your time is up!

Using our App:

1. Download and launch the app from your smartphone.
    
    
2. Tap the location you want to visit.
3. Enter the following information:
   • Preferred name
   • Phone number
   • Email (optional)
4. Tap “Check In” 5 Verify confirmation page and select “Done”
