You can arrange to drop off your sample the same day or within the next day at any  ONE  of the participating locations:

Before your visit to a participating  Shoppers Drug Mart, please ensure you call in to confirm the store hours. Upon arrival, please go directly to the pharmacy department and speak to a team member to let them know you are dropping off your pre-packaged Home Collection Kit.

If you arrive at a  FedEx drop box location, go directly to the drop box located inside the building and drop off your pre-packaged Home Collection Kit.

Before your visit to a LifeLabs patient service centre or Russ Baker Way, visit www.lifelabs.com for the most current hours of operation. Upon arrival at a patient service centre (PSC) or Russ Baker Way, you will need to wait in line (if there is one) and speak with a staff member to let them know you are dropping off your pre-packaged Home Collection Kit.

If you arrive at a  FedEx drop box location, go directly to the drop box located inside the building and drop off your pre-packaged Home Collection Kit.

Before your visit to a participating LifeLabs patient service centre, you need to book an appointment for a curbside pickup by calling our Saskatchewan customer support centre at  1-888-333-0222. Upon arrival, call the patient service centre and a Lifelabs team member will come outside to collect your pre-packaged sample.

If you arrive at a FedEx drop box location, go directly to the drop box located inside the building and drop off your pre-packaged Home Collection Kit.

You can arrange to drop off your sample the same day or within the next day at any  ONE  of the participating Shoppers Drug Mart locations.

Before your visit, you MUST call the participating Shoppers Drug Mart location listed below to book an appointment for a curbside pick up. Upon arrival, call Shoppers Drug Mart and a team member will come outside to collect your pre-packaged sample. Please provide the team member your FedEx tracking number or your order ID for verification.

Please do not show up at Shoppers Drug Mart without an appointment. Your sample will not be accepted.

ALASKA TRANSIT TRAVELLERS:

Note that the current Yukon regulations and the designated travel routes DO NOT allow you to pass through Whitehorse. Please look at options for your sample drop off in one of the other provinces, either before or after you transit through the Yukon. 

If your final destination is outside AB, BC, ON, SK or YT, please utilize FedEx to ship your kit back to LifeLabs or contact our customer care team at 1-877-313-4982 for additional assistance.
