If you need to change your password, please follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below.

  • Please go to my results.
  • Enter in the email address you use to log in and schedule appointments.
  • Click on: Recover Password
  • If you have a registered account with the email address you entered you will be presented with a screen informing you that an email has been sent with further instructions on how to reset your password.
    • Please Note: password reset emails may not arrive immediately. In some cases, it might take up to six hours.

Do not send multiple password reset requests. Requesting a new password reset link will void any previous ones that have been emailed.

If you need to change your password, please follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below.

  • Go to https://secure.bc.myehealth.ca/#/ and click ‘Forgot your password or Account locked?’
  • Enter your registered email address, and press SEND
  • An email will be sent to your registered email address.
    • **Please Note: password reset emails may not arrive immediately. In some cases, it might take up to six hours.
  • Within 24 hours, open the “My ehealth Password Reset” email and click on the link provided
  • Answer the security question that is displayed and press VERIFY
  • Enter a new password for your account press SET PASSWORD
  • Note: the password must not have been used previously and must contain a minimum of 8 characters including at least 1 capital letter and 1 number
  • Go to https://secure.bc.myehealth.ca/#/ and login to your account using your new password
