**Update on Test Methodology**
Due to a reagent change at our referral laboratory, the FARMERS LUNG panel will now consist of Mycropolyspora faeni IgG and Laceyella sacchari IgG (previously Mycropolyspora faeni IgG and Thermoactinomyces vulgaris IgG). Thermoactinomyces vulgaris and Laceyella sacchari are considered clinically equivalent and, as such, test results will not be effected.
