Vice President of Client Services and Logistics

As Vice President of Client Services and Logistics, Elsa is accountable for the performance of service delivery channels, including customer experience, contact centres, logistics, materials management, operational excellence and innovation. Elsa is a change agent with a track record of transforming operating models to improve business performance, customer and employee experiences. She has a solid record of progressing as a leader with the ability to seamlessly and successfully transition into different roles and industries.

Prior to joining LifeLabs, Elsa provided thought leadership to drive innovation in the home healthcare business where she led the transformation of their service delivery model with the introduction of a new digital health platform enabling clinical decision support. Elsa also brings management consulting experience where she advised global clients in a variety of industries including mining, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, pulp and paper.

Elsa holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Toxicology and a Masters Health Sciences degree in occupational and environmental health both from University of Toronto. She is a mentor for University of Toronto’s New College and Dalla Lana School of Public Health; past Vice President of Communication for University of Toronto’s Public Health Alumna Association and past Treasurer of the Health Care Health and Safety Association. Elsa is the recipient of University of Toronto’s prestigious Arbor Award (2019) for her exceptional and sustained contributions to New College and Dalla Lana School of Public Health.
