These changes were first implemented in British Columbia in late 2018 and are being now implemented in Ontario and Saskatchewan to ensure an easier-to-use experience for you. Because the previous system required multiple log-ins to book an appointment and check-in online through Save my Spot, this new system now allows for faster access to these programs, with one easy login.
This new change supports time-saving and protective measures against COVID-19 like social distancing -by being able to book an appointment or check-in quickly, customers will reduce the time spent in our waiting room.
