At LifeLabs, employees partner with their managers to establish clear work objectives, identify developmental needs and work collaboratively to achieve both. This is done using our Performance Development Plan (PDP). Performance management helps us all to continuously improve and develop employee performance in support of our Vision, Values and business strategy. The PDP also provides a method to recognize and reward employees for outstanding performance.
We offer training programs that can help you get where you want to go in your career. Many can be accessed online from any web-based computer. These programs are developed so that you can learn at your own pace and train when it’s convenient for you. Classroom-style training can be facilitated by our professional training department to support your development. We also provide training that supports specific roles in improving technical skills and maintaining accreditation.
