LifeLabs also serves Quebec. Our focus is on providing services and information for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. Through our medical/scientific staff, we consult with referring physicians to develop tests that respond to the changing needs of medical practice.  In order to personalise our services for each client, the majority of our testing is offered in profiles or groups of related tests.

Our main reference laboratory is located in Montreal with patient service centres located throughout Montreal and the greater metropolitan area. 

We provide services to family practice and specialist physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, medical and scientific researchers, corporations and government agencies.  We also offer mobile collection services in the Montreal area.

We perform hundreds of different tests in biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, immunology and toxicology.  Many of our tests are performed routinely, offering results within 24 to 48 hours.  We offer innovative laboratory test reporting through various channels such as delivery by LifeLabs courier or electronic transmission directly to an off-site computer.

To ensure the precision and reliability of test results, we participate in several quality control programs and we are presently working toward ISO accreditation.
