As evidence of the effectiveness of the LifeLabs Quality System and it’s resulting activities, following you will find a copy of a laboratory testing license granted by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC), Licensing and Inspection Branch. We have also provided a copy of our 4-year accreditation certificate granted by the Quality Management Program – Laboratory Services (QMP-LS), Ontario Laboratory Accreditation (OLA) division.

Our main testing laboratory (IRL) is also accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
