LifeLabs’ Serving Customers with Autism program is specially designed to provide a caring and compassionate experience for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We recognize that blood collection can be a difficult experience for some patients, our Serving Customers with Autism program helps to ensure a safe and positive experience to increase the likelihood of a successful collection.
The program offers:
- Flexible appointment dates and times
- A one-on-one experience tailored to meet your needs
- Fast and reliable test results
Our first priority is the safety of our patients and employees – if a procedure is not going well, we’ll work to find an alternative time or collection method that is best for the patient.

In April 2017, we are proud to be opening a Patient Service Center at the Pacific Autism Family Center Foundation (PAFCF) Hub site in Richmond, BC. This location has been designed with input from experts in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to best support a positive healthcare experience for patients with ASD. This location will be open on Wednesdays from 930 – 1130 am by appointment only.
